El-Veta Marie Wescott Oakman is the Owner and Supervisor of Exceptional Care Cremations, Inc. El-Veta is a license funeral director in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey (#5186). She is also Licensed Insurance and Preplanning Funeral Agent authorized to conduct business in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In addition to her insurance credentials, Ms. Oakman is a Certified Grief Counselor, bringing a compassionate and informed perspective to her professional services. Her combined expertise allows her to support individuals and families with clarity, professionalism, and sensitivity during significant life transitions.
